Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Intentiv, a company registered in England & Wales with its office at 41 Limeharbour, London E14 9TS (“Intentiv”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to and use of our website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Intentiv audits how AI assistants describe and recommend businesses across common buyer journeys, and reports on that visibility. The Service is provided for business and informational purposes. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping access to your account secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@intentiv.ai if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ data without authorisation;
  • scrape, resell, or systematically extract the Service or its output except as expressly permitted;
  • misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business you submit for auditing.

4. Your content and audit data

You may submit information such as a business name, website, or other details to be audited (“Your Content”). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a licence to host and process it in order to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not breach any law or third-party right.

We may generate audits, scores, and reports from Your Content and from publicly available AI responses. You may use the reports we provide for your own business purposes.

5. AI output and no guarantee of results

The Service relies on third-party AI engines and other external sources that we do not control. Their responses change over time and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Our audits are a point-in-time snapshot and an estimate, not a statement of fact or a promise of future results. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, recommendation, or commercial outcome. You are responsible for how you use our reports.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (other than Your Content), belongs to Intentiv or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Fees

The Service, or parts of it, may be offered free of charge during a beta or trial period. If we introduce paid plans, we will make the price and payment terms clear before you buy, and those terms will form part of this agreement.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and terms implied by statute or common law, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
